We take a client centric approach to intellectual property. It is critical to understand our clients' technologies and business needs so we can determine the best ways to protect their intellectual property assets. All of our clients are different and we always consider our clients' business goals and resources when recommending intellectual property strategies.
Our clients are our most important assets. In addition to providing us with interesting and challenging work, the majority of our new clients have been referrals from existing clients. Thus, we understand that the satisfaction and success of all our clients is critical to the continued growth of our firm.
Intellectual property law is confusing. We thoroughly explain all procedural options so our clients can make informed intellectual property business decisions. We are always interested in discussing how US and International patents, trademarks and copyrights can be obtained and used most effectively. We regularly lecture on intellectual property at the Telluride Venture Accelerator and the University of San Francisco School of Law Entrepreneurial Ventures Legal Services Project where Mr. Tomita is an adjunct professor of intellectual property.
